Empowered For Success, Inc. is a newly established non-profit organization based in Memphis, TN, committed to transforming the lives of at-risk youth through comprehensive mentoring and community support. Our organization aims to address the pressing needs of young people who face poverty, violence, and instability.
Our mission is to break the cycle of adversity by empowering at-risk youth to achieve academic success, develop essential life skills, and build positive relationships within their communities. We envision a supportive environment where every young person can reach their full potential, stay in school, and become a thriving adult.
Our programs are designed to offer holistic support, including mentoring, academic assistance, life skills training, and community engagement activities. Although newly established, our team includes experienced youth mentors and community leaders who have collectively impacted hundreds of young lives through previous work. Our early programs are already showing positive outcomes in school attendance, confidence, and goal setting.
